Kapsantin/kapsorubinska sintaza (EC 5.3.99.8, CCS, ketoksantofilna sintaza, kapsantin-kapsorubinska sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom violaksantin—kapsorubin izomeraza (formira keton).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) violaksantin kapsorubin
- (2) anteraksantin kapsantin
Ovaj multifunkcionalni enzim je indukovan tokom hromoplastne diferencijacije kod biljki.
