Neurabin-2 je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran PPP1R9B genom.[1][2]

Spinofilin je regulatorni deo katalitičke jedinica proteinske fosfataze-1 (PP1). On je visoko izražen u dendritskim izbočinama, specijalizoanim delovima koji primaju veći deo ekscitatornog unosa u centralnom nervnom sistemu.[2]

PPP1R9B formira interakcije sa PPP1CB,[3] PPP1CA,[3] Dopamine receptor D2,[4] P16,[5] PPP1CC,[3][4] TIAM1[6] i PPP1R2.[7]
