Peptid-triptofan 2,3-dioksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.26, pirolooksigenaza, peptidiltriptofan 2,3-dioksigenaza, triptofanska pirolooksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (protein)-L-triptofan:kiseonik 2,3-oksidoreduktaza (deciklizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- [protein]-L-triptofan + O2 [protein]-N-formil-L-kinurenin
On takođe deluje na triptofan.
