Ribonukleaza IV (EC 3.1.26.6, endoribonukleaza IV) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endonukleolitičko razlaganje poli(A) do fragmenata završenih 3'-hidroksi i 5'-fosfatnim grupama
Ovaj enzim formira oligonukleotide sa prosečnom dužinom lanca od 10 ostataka.
