Transportujuća ATPaza lipopolisaharida (EC 3.6.3.39) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (eksport lipopolisaharida).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + H2O + lipopolisaharidin ADP + fosfat + lipopolisaharidout
Ova ATPaza ABC-tipa je karakteristična po prisustvu dva slična ATP-vezujuća domena.
