Veštačka selekcija

Vestačka selekcija je izmena vrste ljudskom intervencijom tako da željene osobine budu predstavljene u narednim generacijama. Veštačku selekciju provodi je čovek, po određenom planu i sa unapred utvrđenim ciljem. Vrši se spajanjem jedinki sa najizraženijom osobinom, da bi se dobio što bolji kvalitet.[1]
