Fizarolisin (EC 3.4.21.103, Dictyostelium discoideum aspartička proteinaza, Dictyostelium discoideum aspartička proteinaza E, Physarum flavicomum aspartička proteinaza, Physarum policephalum kiselinska proteinaza, Physarum aspartička proteinaza, fizaropepsin) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Zgrušavanje mleka. Preferentno razlaganje Gly8-Ser u B lancu insulina je najbrže, tome sledi Leu11-Val, Cys(SO3H)19-Gly i Phe24-Phe.
Ovaj enzim priapada peptidaznoj familiji S53.
