Вилијам Томас Астбури (или Бил Астбури; 25. фебруара 1898, Лонгтон — 4. јун 1961, Лидс) је енглески физичар и молекуларни биолог. Он је био пионир у истраживањима примене дифракције X-зрака на биолошке молекуле. Његов рад на кератину је успоставио фондацију за Линус Паулингово откриће алфа хеликса. Он је такође студирао структуру ДНК.
