Linija 28 (Studentski trg — Zvezdara) je jedna od trolejbuskih linija u Beogradu.

Istorijat

Linija je uvedena oko 1940. kao autobuska linija na trasi Trg Republike - Gradska bolnica. Sa izuzetkom određenog perioda nakon Drugog svetskog rata, ova linija je sve vreme postojala, dok su se njeni tačni terminusi neznatno menjali. 1983. postaje trolejbuska linija na trasi Kalemegdan (od 90ih Studentski trg) - Zvezdara.

1. novembra 2019. linija je zajedno sa linijom 19 ukinuta, pod obrazloženjem da se njena trasa preklapa sa trasama postojećih linija. Stanovnici Zvezdare nisu bili zadovoljni ovim potezom, jer smatraju da im je ukidanje linije oduzelo vezu sa centrom. Peticija za povratak linije za samo nekoliko nedelja sakupila je preko 8000 potpisa. Grad je odbio da razmotri zahteve, nakon čega je usledilo nekoliko meseci protesta građana.

Linija je vraćena 6. jula 2020.

Liniju, kao i sve ostale trolejbuske linije u Beogradu, održava pogon "Dorćol".
