Mejmi Ketrin Fips Klark (engl. Mamie Katherine Phipps Clark; rođena je 1917. godine u Hot Springsu u Arkanzasu (SAD)) bila je američki psiholog.
Mejmin otac bio je jedan od retkih crnih lekara u to doba, tako da je porodica spadala u srednju klasu i dobro živela čak i u vreme Velike depresije. Nakon uspešno završene posebne odvojene osnovne i srednje škole za crnu decu, kakve su u to doba postojale u Arkanzasu, Mejmi sa 16 godina upisuje Univerzitet Hauard na kom su joj glavni predmeti bili matematika i fizika. Međutim, kada je na drugoj godini upoznala Keneta Klarka, koji je tada studirao psihologiju na ovom univerzitetu, i ona bira psihologiju za glavni predmet svojih studija. Mejmi se 1938. godine udala za Keneta Klarka i završila osnovne studije.
Master studije psihologije na Unizerzitetu Hauard završila je 1939. godine. Za potrebe realizacije njene master teze čiji je naslov bio "Razvoj svesti o sebi kod crne predškolske dece" Kenet i Mejmi Klark osmislili su i sproveli test sa lutkama različite boje kao jednu od tehnika u istraživanju rasne identifikacije i preferenci kod dece crnaca u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama. Mejmi Fips Klark doktorirala je 1943. godine u oblasti psihologije na Univerzitetu Kolumbija. Nakon doktoriranja njena karijera odvijala se izvan akademske zajednice[1].
Februara 1946. godine zajedno sa suprugom Kenetom Klarkom pokrenula je centar za pomoć deci manjina u Njujorku koji pruža sve vrste psihološke pomoći deci uzrasta od 3 do 18 godina, kao i njihovim roditeljima. Ovaj centar je i danas aktivan.
Mejmi Fips Klark umrla je 11. avgusta 1983.
