Okaritski kivi (lat. Apteryx rowi) ^[2]je član porodice kivija.^[3]^[4]

Javnosti je postao poznat tek 2003. kada je prvi put opisan. Morfološki je jako sličan smeđem kiviju.^[5] Pronađen je na Novom Zelandu, u ograničenom području Okarito šume na zapadnoj obali Južnog ostrva. Tri para su uvedena na ostrvo Blumine kao deo programa gneždženja, 29. juna 2010.

Ima populaciju od samo trista jedinki. Neke jedinke mogu doživeti starost čak i do 100 godina.^[6]Ženka postavlja do tri jaja. Svako jaje u različito gnezdo. I mužjak i ženka inkubiraju jaja. Jaje je veliko oko 20% težine ženke. Većina parova je monogamna. Ostanu zajedno tokom celog života.^[7]
