Alfa-D-ksilozid ksilohidrolaza (EC 3.2.1.177, alfa-ksilozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa-D-ksilozid ksilohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza terminalnih, neredukujućih alfa-D-ksiloznih ostataka uz otpuštanje alfa-D-ksiloze
Ovaj enzim katalizuje hidrolizu terminalnog, nesupstituisanog ksilozida na redukujućem kraju ksilogluko-oligosaharida.
