Ksilozna izomeraza (EC 5.3.1.5, D-ksilozna izomeraza, D-ksilozna ketoizomeraza, D-ksilozna ketol-izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-ksiloza aldoza-ketoza-izomeraza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Neki od enzima ove klase takođe konvertuju D-glukozu u D-fruktozu.
