Ribonukleaza Z (EC 3.1.26.11, 3 tRNaza, tRNK 3 endonukleaza, RNaza Z, 3' tRNaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endonukleolitičko razlaganje RNK, uklanjanje ekstra 3' nukleotida sa tRNK prekursora, generisanje 3' krajeva tRNK molekula
Ovaj enzim ne koristi kofaktor.
