Uroporfirinogenska dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.37, uroporfirinogen III dekarboksilaza, porfirinogenska karboksi-lijaza, porfirinogenska dekarboksilaza, uroporfirinogen-III karboksilijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom uroporfirinogen-III karboksilijaza (formira koproporfirinogen-III).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- uroporfirinogen III koproporfirinogen III + 4 CO2
Ovaj enzim deluje na brojne porfirinogene.
