Amonijak monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.99.39, AMO) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- amonijak + AH2 + O2 NH2OH + A + H2O
Ovaj enzim sadrži bakar i gvožđe nevezano za hem. Donor je vezan za membranu.
