Ornitinska dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.17, SpeC, L-ornitinska karboksi-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-ornitin karboksi-lijaza (formira putrescin).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
