Tokoferol O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.95, gama-tokoferolna metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:gama-tokoferol 5-O-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + gama-tokoferol S-adenozil-L-homocistein + alfa-tokoferol
