4-Metiloksaloacetatna estaraza (EC 3.1.1.44) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom oksaloacetat-4-metil-estar oksaloacetohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
