Beta-amirinska sintaza (EC 5.4.99.39, 2,3-oksidoskvalen beta-amirin ciklaza, AsbAS1, BPY, EtAS, GgbAS1, LjAMY1, MtAMY1, PNY, BgbAS) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (3S)-2,3-epoksi-2,3-dihidroskvalen mutaza (ciklizacija, formira beta-amirin).[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
