Glukoza-1-fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.10) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa-D-glukoza-1-fosfat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim takođe u manjoj meri deluje na D-galaktozu 1-fosfat.
