Kokainska estaraza (EC 3.1.1.84, CocE, hCE2, hCE-2, human karboksilesteraza 2) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom kokain benzoilhidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Rhodococcus vrsta MB1 i Pseudomonas maltophilia vrsta MB11L mogu da koriste kokain kao jedini izvor ugljenika i energije.
