Pseudomonalizin (EC 3.4.21.100, Pseudomonas sp. pepstatin-insenzitivna karboksilna proteinaza, pseudomonapepsin, sedolizin) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza B lanca insulina na -Glu13-Ala-, -Leu15-Tyr- i -Phe25-Tyr-, i angiotenzina I na -Tyr4-Ile-. Dobar sintetički supstrat je Lys-Pro-Ile-Glu-Phe-Phe(NO2)-Arg-Leu.
Ovaj enzim izlučuje Pseudomonas sp. No. 101. Optimalni pH je 4.
