Taurin—piruvat aminotransferaza (EC 2.6.1.77, Tpa) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom taurin:piruvat aminotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za rad enzima iz Bilophila wadsworthia je neophodan piridoksal 5'-fosfat kao kofaktor.
