L-saharopin oksidaza (EC 1.5.3.18, FAP2) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-saharopin:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (formira L-glutamat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N6-(L-1,3-dikarboksipropil)-L-lizin +H2O + O2 (S)-2-amino-6-oksoheksanoat + L-glutamat +H2O2
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi pipekolinske kiseline.
