1,8-Cineolna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.108, 1,8-cineolna ciklaza, geranilna pirofoshat:1,8-cineolna ciklaza, 1,8-cineolna sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira 1,8-cineol).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat + H2O 1,8-cineol + difosfat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+ ili Zn2+.
