Aspartat-amonijak ligaza (EC 6.3.1.1, asparaginska sintetaza, L-asparaginska sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-aspartat:amonijak ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
