Glikohenodezoksiholat sulfotransferaza (EC 2.8.2.34, žučna kiselina:3'-fosfoadenozin-5'-fosfosulfat sulfotransferaza, žučna kiselina:PAPS:sulfotransferaza, BAST) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3'-fosfoadenilil-sulfat:glikohenodezoksiholat 7-sulfotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3'-fosfoadenilil sulfat + glikohenodezoksiholat adenozin 3',5'-bisfosfat + glikohenodezoksiholat 7-sulfat
Ovaj enzim specifično sulfatiše glikohenodezoksiholat u 7alfa-poziciji.
