Alantoikaza (EC 3.5.3.4) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alantoat amidinohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- alantoat + H2O (S)-ureidoglikolat + ureja
Ovaj enzim takođe hidrolizuje (R)-ureidoglikolat do glioksilata i ureje.
