Guanidinopropionaza (EC 3.5.3.17, GPaza, GPH) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-guanidinopropanoat amidinopropionaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3-guanidinopropanoat + H2O beta-alanin + ureja
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+.
