2-Formilbenzoat dehidrogenaza (EC 1.2.1.78, 2-karboksibenzaldehidna dehidrogenaza, 2CBAL dehidrogenaza, PhdK) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-formilbenzoat:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2-formilbenzoat + NAD+ +H2O o-phthalna kiselina + NADH + H+
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u degradaciji fenantrena.
