Abietadienska sintaza (EC, kopalil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-kopalil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira abieta-7,13-dien).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(+)-kopalil difosfat abieta-7,13-dien + difosfat

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi abietadiena.
