TRNK (adenin-N1-)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.36, transfer ribonukleat adeninska 1-metiltransferaza, transfer RNK (adenin-1) metiltransferaza, 1-metiladenin transfer RNK metiltransferaza, adenin-1-metilaza, S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (adenin-1-N-)-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (adenin-N1-)-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + tRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + tRNK N1-metiladenin
Enzimi iz različitih izvora su specifični za različite adeninske ostatke u tRNK.
