Flavastacin (EC 3.4.24.76, Flavastacin) je enzim.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza polipeptida na amino-strani Asp u -Xaa-Asp-. Deluje veoma sporo na -Xaa-Glu
Ova cinkova metaloendopeptidaza pripada peptidaznoj familiji M12.
