Inzulizin (EC 3.4.24.56, insulinaza, insulin-degradirajući enzim, insulinska proteaza, insulinska proteinaza, insulin-degradirajuća neutralna proteinaza, insulin-specifična proteaza, insulin-glukagonska proteaza, metaloinsulinaza, IDE) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Degradacija insulina, glukagona i drugih polipeptida. Nije aktivan na drugim proteinima

Ovaj citosolni enzim je prisutan kod sisara i voćne mušice, Drosophila melanogaster.
