Fluorotreonin transaldolaza (EC 2.2.1.8) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fluoroacetaldehid:L-treonin aldehidtransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-treonin + fluoroacetaldehid acetaldehid + 4-fluoro-L-treonin
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal fosfatni protein. On takođe može da konvertuje hloroacetaldehid u 4-hloro-L-treonin.
