(Skp1-protein)-hidroksiprolin N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.229, Skp1-HyPro GlcNAc-transferaza, UDP-N-acetilglukozamin (GlcNAc):hidroksiprolin polipeptid GlcNAc-transferaza, UDP-GlcNAc:Skp1-hidroksiprolin GlcNAc-transferaza, UDP-GlcNAc:hidroksiprolin polipeptid GlcNAc-transferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:(Skp1-protein)-hidroksiprolin N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-transferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- UDP-N-acetilglukozamin + [Skp1-protein]-hidroksiprolin UDP + [Skp1-protein]-O-(N-acetil-D-glukozaminil)hidroksiprolin
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan ditiotreitol i divalentni katjon.
