Laktozilkeramid 1,3-N-acetil-b-D-glukozaminiltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.206, LA2 sintaza, beta1->3-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, uridin difosfoacetilglukozamin-laktozilkeramid beta-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, laktozilkeramid beta-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:D-galaktozil-1,4-beta-D-glukozilkeramid beta-1,3-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:beta-D-galaktozil-(1->4)-beta-D-glukozil(1<->1)keramid 3-beta-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:beta-D-galaktozil-(1->4)-beta-D-glukozil-(1<->1)-keramid 3-beta-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
