Cis-1,2-dihidrobenzen-1,2-diol dehidrogenaza (EC 1.3.1.19, cis-benzen glikol dehidrogenaza, cis-1,2-dihidrocikloheksa-3,5-dien (nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid) oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom cis-1,2-dihidrobenzen-1,2-diol:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- cis-1,2-dihidrobenzen-1,2-diol + NAD+ katehol + NADH + H+
