Disaharidaza
Disaharidaze su glikozidne hidrolaze, enzimi koji razlažu disaharide u jednostavnije šećere (monosaharide).[1] Genetički defekt jednog od tih enzima uzrokuje disaharidnu intoleranciju, kao što je laktozna intolerancija ili suharozna intolerancija.
