SB-204,741 je lek koji deluje kao potentan i selektivan antagonist na serotoninskom 5-HT2B receptoru, sa oko 135x selektivnošću u odnosu na blisko srodni 5-HT2C receptor, i još većom u odnosu na 5-HT2A receptor.[1] On se koristi u naučnim istraživanjima za ispitivanje funkcije 5-HT2B receptora.[2][3][4][5]
